There is no denying when the first few beats and notes of a song gets me moving and grooving, that’s a song I want to put on my running playlist.
“Colors” from April Smith and the Great Picture Show was one such song. It’s a short, sweet, and fun tune that makes me happy whenever I hear it. While I do like a lot of the mainstream music, I also love supporting some of the lesser recognized music and bands out there. This song is definitely one of them. Plus, over the weekend so many colors were seen in the form of fireworks and there was definitely lots of red, white, and blue in support of the U.S Women’s National Team winning the World Cup, so it’s perfect!
