2.70 miles
Sundays are to be a Cross-Training day so I put on the “Every Shade of Blue” album from The Head And The Heart and walked these lovely miles slowly and easily. I followed my walk with strength training using dumbbells.
Week 1 of Chicago Marathon training is done! I completed a total of 30.45 miles this week and I’m proud of that.
Tomorrow I’m looking to begin Week 2 with a rest day!
