3.21 miles (followed by Core work)
It took a couple of miles before my mind and body got on the same page and the residual soreness from Saturday that I thought was completely gone yesterday, resurfaced. It was ever so slight but it was enough to notice.
Tomorrow is 3 to 5 miles and if my legs (or my entire body) are feeling extra tired, I’ll keep the mileage on the lower end.
