6.46 miles
There will be weeks when I need to do my long run on Sundays, but I really prefer them on Saturdays more, and luckily this week called for a short long run so it wasn’t so much a mental struggle for me.
Of course, if only I had planned it better and squeezed in that extra mileage yesterday I would have been done. Grrr. Oh well.
The rest of Sunday was market runs, relaxing, and taking a 2-hour nap. And with that, Week 3 is officially completed!
