Week 4 of 18 is here!
For today’s workout, I stuck to walking only even though I could have taken a zero-mile rest day. But I didn’t feel like it. I wanted to do something so kept the effort easy and slow while I listened to a recent episode of the Rich Roll Podcast. I rarely listen to podcasts when I work out and can’t run to them. Run to music, yes. Run to podcasts, no.
