3.44 miles
The temperature is to be cooling down later this week so it should be a pleasant weekend for miles. This morning it felt stuffy and warm but, c’est la vie! It is summer after all.
Today I wore my Hoka Bondi 7 shoes and after my run, I had a teeny tiny blister on the side of my left big toe. Not once did I feel it during my run. In fact, I wouldn’t have known until I took off my sock, or if I ran longer and eventually my foot told me.
Just something I’ll need to be mindful of for my next run, but I think I’ll change the lacing and maybe that will help and add a dab more RunGoo or Body Glide.
Thank you for reading my daily post on my Chicago Marathon training.
Finally got to catch up on your Chicago Marathon training posts! Great job! I might have to do something similar for my September races.
Aww thanks Jesse! I try to keep them short.:)
