4.00 miles
It was an easy day of walking after yesterday’s long miles.
My body felt a little tired today but not so much from the long run. Although walking downstairs reminded me of what I did yesterday.
Most of the tiredness stemmed from staying up way past my usual bedtime watching the last episode of Stranger Things and then waking up way too early. Or maybe it was from the long run.
And with that Week 4 with 35 miles is completed!
