Chicago Marathon Training: Tu 7.05.22

Posted on July 5, 2022 by arunningmess

4.30 miles

It was not a great night for sleep; waking up periodically to the thunderous booms of firecrackers being set off randomly throughout the night. When I did sleep, it was deep. And when I finally woke up for good I felt “out of it.”

To top it off my stomach wasn’t feeling too well for some reason so after a few attempts at running, I stuck to walking. Afterward, I made myself a banana, pineapple, and ginger smoothie that helped soothe the uneasiness. Hoping for a better tomorrow.

Thank you for reading my daily post on my Chicago Marathon training.
