Chicago Marathon Training: W 7.06.22

Posted on July 6, 2022 by arunningmess

6.22 miles

It’s a fact that some runs will feel easier than others and vice versa, and some will take longer to warm up to such as the case with this morning’s run. Once I got to mile 4, I felt like I could continue running forever, but I couldn’t because I had delicious coffee waiting for me.

A Small Personal Victory: Today marks a month since I’ve been posting on this blog every single day since marathon training began on June 6th. Never have I done that before and it’s actually been fun for me. I feel like I’ve been enjoying marathon training more than I ever have before. I’m going to give myself a High 5 on this small victory. But just another 94 days left to go. lol!

Thank you for reading my daily post on my Chicago Marathon training.
