PM – 3.29 miles
I wish I could pinpoint where this energy is coming from! Perhaps I’m in a groove, or perhaps it’s the looming deadline of the GVRAT next month that is propelling me to get in some extra miles. Either way, my body feels good, but I still need to be aware of not overwhelming it because that could lead to injury, but I’m pretty good about easing up if need be.
TV Recs: The Bear and Only Murders in the Building. Both on Hulu.
I didn’t watch Only Murders when the first season premiered and I’m glad I didn’t because the second season launched recently so I didn’t have to wait long between seasons! Hilarious!
And The Bear. What a show! Excellent writing. Excellent casting. Excelling acting. It’s a drama with hints of humor and endearing characters. There hasn’t been word yet on if it’ll be renewed for a second season but I truly hope it does.
Thank goodness for great shows that are taking my mind off the world even for a little bit at a time.
