Chicago Marathon Training: W 7.13.22

2.14 miles

It took a few days but my energy returned! Unfortunately, I had to cut this one short, but that’s the beauty of being flexible with training plans. I’ll move the longer midweek run to tomorrow or Friday, or perhaps next week. Wherever is most convenient.
