5.18 miles
Being mindful of the long run tomorrow I kept these miles easy and slow even if tomorrow’s long run is shorter due to the cutback in mileage this week.
Also tomorrow I’ll be dipping myself back into the caffeinated coffee pool again after six days of decaf. Not sure if I’m more excited about that or the long run. It’s a toss-up.
Tonight I’m looking forward to watching Part 3 of The Beatles: Get Back docuseries on Disney+. This documentary came out last year but I didn’t watch it then. Now I’m mesmerized by it and can’t wait to eat some dinner, prop my feet up, and watch the conclusion!
