Chicago Marathon Training: F 7.22.22

It was a great day today! Overall I felt amazing and energetic which means tomorrow I’ll feel sluggish and out of gas. Okay hopefully not. I’m going to tap into some optimism and hope for the best. Actually, I’m hoping the watermelon + beet juice that I drank today will provide me with some extra oomph, but we shall see. Either way, I’m going to do my best. As always.
