Chicago Marathon Training: W 8.17.22

Posted on August 17, 2022 by arunningmess

8.30 miles

I’m quite happy I got these miles in one swoop but I’m not entirely giddy about these long midweek runs at this point in training. Time wise they’re not the easiest for me. The alternative is to break them up into a double run but even those are harder. However, I do kind of like doubles more. Not sure what I’ll do for next week’s midweek 8 but today I’ll give myself a pat on the back and feel proud of getting this run done.

Thank you for reading my daily post on my Chicago Marathon training.
