6.33 miles
I was expecting my legs to feel more tired after yesterday’s long midweek run but surprisingly they weren’t. Could this be I’m gaining more fitness and my body is adapting again? I think it could be! Hopefully! Fingers crossed!
And now I need to prep my mind for Saturday’s much longer run because it’s taking my mind a little longer to adapt. I also need to prep my music playlist because I have a feeling I may need some musical encouragement.
