I have some good news and not-so-good news.
The good news is I got my music all squared away for tomorrow’s long run!!
And the not-so-good news is that I tweaked my back a bit last night. Not the entire thing. Just the lower left side and I’m not sure exactly how which is how it tends to go for me sometimes.
The better news is I was able to walk easily today without any discomfort so I should be okay to proceed tomorrow with my long run that might turn into a long walk. Either way, I will show up, do my best, and see what the day gives me.
