0 miles – Rest Day
After my long run yesterday, I didn’t take the time to nap before heading to my first concert in two and half years to see The Head and The Heart, along with Dawes. I was too excited. This concert was my early birthday present since I turn a year older a week from today.
I got home late and went to bed even later, and this morning I woke up earlier than I had for my long run yesterday. I had about 5 hours of sleep which is enough to make me sleepy and tired and thankful today was a rest day. The show was worth the wait, and the lack of sleep.
But with that, Week 11 is officially over with 44.42 miles and the most I’ve covered this training cycle.
Thank you for reading my daily post on my Chicago Marathon training.
