Beginning Week 13 with easy walking miles and some mobility and strength exercises.
I shouldn’t be superstitious around the number 13 but based on the weather forecast for the upcoming weekend with my 18 miles, I am a little stitious. Temperatures appear to be hitting the high 90s so my 18 miles may have gotten a little more interesting. But who knows, maybe the temps will drop 30 degrees. I can dream.
