4.01 miles
I know the plan said 5 but I cut this one short. In fact, I’m going off script and cutting all of this week’s miles short. It’s to protect my sanity really because this heat wave is getting to me. Next week, the temperatures should be back into the 80s.
Besides, this week is a cutback week so I have no issue with cutting back even though in past cutback weeks I didn’t adhere to them much. This week I am aiming to do better!
