0 miles
This might be a first for this training block – zero miles on a Wednesday when I have 9 on the menu. It wasn’t my day. I woke up late because I didn’t sleep well and then the work day was so busy that at the end of it I didn’t have the energy nor desire to face the heat for any miles. I will not beat myself up over it because it is what it is. Tomorrow is another day. And it’s a cutback week so it’s all good.
As for tonight, I’m going to relax, eat some dinner, and watch Evil. This show on Paramount+ is a trip! It’s good but a trip.
