2.01 miles
Slow easy walking miles to shake out the fatigue in my legs from yesterday’s run.
Week 14 is done and the cutback week was completed with 28 miles. The marathon is less than a month away, and there is a lot to think about and prepare for next weekend.
There is more I could share but the weekend has been exhausting and today is a somber day, so I’ll leave it at that for now.
