2.57 miles
Some residual fatigue is still hovering from Saturday’s long run and because I woke up with a headache that developed into a migraine, I wasn’t going to push these miles. I did what I could. But I did put in strength training and focused on mobility today so I feel it was a productive day.
Week 15 is here and it’s a big week. It’s training peak week!
