3.12 miles
The intentions I had for today’s miles were to keep them light and easy and stop if anything felt seriously out of whack but nothing did. Just like yesterday’s run, I felt fine throughout and there was no ache or discomfort in my left hip area afterward so that’s a good sign. And now I prep for this weekend’s 20 miles because I am ready!
