Chicago Marathon Training: Sun 09.18.22

1.42 miles

A little walking and stretching to try and shake out the soreness and fatigue from yesterday’s 20 miler that I’m still processing. All I know is there are some decisions I need to make between now and race day so that’s what I’ll be doing the next few weeks because Week 15 is completed. May the tapering begin!
