Week 16 of training is here and with only a few short weeks remaining, I’m focused on continuing consistency, strength, and mobility exercises along with keeping my hydration up and making sleep more of a priority.
However, I didn’t quite do much of that today because yesterday was a long exhausting day which trickled into today. I was too exhausted to get any run in so I’m glad I’m in taper mode.
