4.01 miles
Something tells me my body feels as though that 20 miler was the actual marathon and I have to keep reminding it “No, no. That wasn’t it. Training isn’t over quite yet. I mean, yes the majority of training is done, but there is still some maintaining and recovery in the meantime.”
My body wants to rest and relax and kick its heels up and not venture out, but my mind knows the truth and is looking forward to some longer miles this weekend even if the toasty temperatures are back.
