0 miles (even though my body feels like I walked 10 miles but probably closer to 5 and even closer to 3)
The excitement in me is building faster and I’m trying to relax and take it all in because this celebration will be over soon. Because that is what the marathon truly is, a celebration!
A celebration for all those early to bed for those early morning runs. A celebration of the triumphs and setbacks and overcoming doubts. A celebration of not giving up when there were moments of struggle. A celebration of completing 18 weeks of training (and pre-training before the actual training began)! Oh yes, the marathon is indeed a celebration!
Thank you for reading my daily post on my Chicago Marathon training.
Kofuzi on Youtube posted some tips on getting ready for the Chicago Marathon. His bottom line was to get to each area early. Good luck and thanks for sharing your training!
Good to know Jesse! Thank you!
