In between some running and the usual weekend chores, I was glued to the streaming of the Western States 100-Mile Endurance Run. Just as I did during last year’s event, all day I kept toggling back and forth between the stations and it was so inspiring. I was in complete awe.
father’s day weekend with bryan cranston…and mark wahlberg?
There’s a very good reason why I don’t go out, or stay up very late on Friday nights. It’s a reason most people don’t understand. Actually, I should say a reason most non-runners don’t understand. And a reason most runners will likely understand…
music monday: my body
New feature on the blog that I’d like to call Music Monday! Something else exciting to look forward to on Monday. Gimme a second to remember what the other one is…hmmm… I was towards the end of a run; a run I was ready to finish. My energy was starting to wane and…

final thoughts before 50 miles
I had something a little more elaborate and more well-thought of that I had written, but I tossed it and decided to make this post raw. Excuse all the grammatical mistakes that may follow. These are just last minute thoughts running through my mind and hoping I can type fast enough to get them all,…
