0 miles – Rest Day
I have made it to Week 10 and the halfway mark of training!
With the miles ramping up, I am paying extra attention to rest days. Now that I’ve stopped focusing on the GVRAT I don’t feel the need to sneak in extra miles. But time is flying by too fast and it needs to slow down just a pinch. I am not in a hurry to get through the next 9 weeks.
